Both girls need daily baths to combat the effects of the horrible rainrot they suffered from the total neglect and lack of care. The hair is missing on their backs, sides and necks. We are slowly increasing their food intake to get them used to it again without getting them sick.On August 27th, the filly was fostered by our wonderful vet, Dr. Margaret Shriner of South Sanilac Veterinary Hospital.  She was renamed Rosalita Chica Bonita and the last report from her on August 31 is that she already looks like she's gained weight and she is starting to already regrow hair on her bald spots.
