Donkey (pronounced DON-key from Shrek) has been with us for about four years. He is a standard donkey and is about 22 years old. We rescued him from Ohio. Although he is a rescue, his previous owner did the right thing and contacted us BEFORE things became too bad and her animals suffered. We wish there were more people like her. We promised her that Donkey would always have sanctuary with us and he will never leave our farm.  He is really fun to be around and is always the comic. He brings joy to everyone he meets. He is being 1/2 sponsored by one of our volunteers, Susan, but still needs another 1/2 sponsor to help pay his bills.
